Domestic Students
For information on coverage provided by UR, see the 2008-2009 insurance brochure (for summer 2009 coverage). You may apply for coverage by downloading the enrollment form and returning it, along with the premium payment, to Ray Jones & Associates (804) 730-1727.

Enrollment applications and claim forms can also be obtained from the Student Health Center.
International Students
All international students and J-1 principals on visas at the University of Richmond are required to purchase Health Coverage at the University of Richmond. Contact Krittika Onsanit, Office of International Education, (804) 287-6499.
