Make an Appointment

Patient visits are by appointment allowing us to make the best possible use of your time and ours. If you choose to walk in seeking care without an appointment, we will do our best to fit you into the schedule. There may be lengthy wait times and there is no guarantee that we can see you same day.

Log onto your Student Health Portal using your NetID and password to:

  • Make an Appointment
  • Cancel an Appointment (Cancellations should be at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment)

Prepare For Your Appointment:

  • Complete pending forms in your Student Health Portal
  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
  • Bring any updates to your medical history (Ex: new medications, recent hospitalizations, etc.)

Late Arrivals:

Students who arrive 10 or more minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule. 

Excuse Notes:

The Student Health Center does not provide excuse notes for illness or injury which may lead to class absences, the need for extensions on assignments or rescheduling of tests and exams. This allows us to dedicate our resources to providing care to our patients and is consistent with University policy, which states the health center does NOT provide "medical excuse" notes for students.
